Shipping policy

 

All caviar is shipped via an overnight courier delivery service in insulated packaging with ice gel packs to ensure the caviar arrives fresh and tasting delicious.

Please store your caviar in a refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving your delivery and keep it refrigerated at all times.

Our delivery courier will send notification to you to let you know ETA.  From the tracking you can change time or ask for the package to be left safe if you know you will not be in. 

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours if ordered Monday – Thursday by 12pm. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping to UK mainland only.  If the Monday is a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched on the Tuesday. If you require a specific delivery date outside of these times, this can be arranged - sometimes next day depending on where you live. 

Simply inform us of the required delivery date in Special Instructions at check out and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances, delivery delays occur with couriers that are outside of our control.

We would recommend asking for delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk of delay.
