Imperial caviar is our handpicked selection of the best roe from the Siberian sturgeon. The Imperial has a larger egg size than the traditional Siberian caviars. The larger the egg, the more flavour is released when the egg 'pops' on the palate. It gives you a delicious buttery flavour with a smooth savoury note.
As with all our caviars, it is prepared using the traditional “Malossol” technique, which is the salting process and means its salt content is typically under 3%, giving it subtle saline-infused richness.
