Beluga has a reputation for being one of the most exclusive caviars in the world. It has a distinctive profile that cannot be found anywhere else thanks to its large, soft eggs that are typically a lighter grey with fascinating marble effects. It has a creamy, soft, and buttery texture that lingers in the mouth. Typically the eggs are over 3mm in size. Unlike some other Beluga’s on the market, ours is sourced exclusively from the Iranian Huso Huso Sturgeon and not a hybrid variety.
